Exeo Group management system policies
We consolidate our management systems for quality, the environment, occupational safety and health, information security, and personal information protection into one set of policies and set annual goals for management system-related activities in each organization according to these policies. We also formulate and steadily execute plans to implement these policies.
Manager reviews are conducted on status of these initiatives, and are subsequently reflected in the form of ongoing improvements.
Quality control policy
Providing workmanship and service that satisfy customers’ quality requirements
- Implementing measures to prevent the occurrence of equipment accidents that absolutely cannot occur
- Working in systems for Construction Business Act compliance (contracts, quality) necessary for business expansion
Environmental management policy
Reducing environmental impact, including resource and energy saving through our business activities
- Reducing GHG emissions
- Reducing energy consumption, reducing gasoline usage
- Promoting green procurement
- Properly managing industrial waste
- Further increasing our rate of recycling industrial waste
Occupational safety and health management policies
Thorough work safety and helping employees maintain and improve physical and mental health
- Ensuring that safe construction cycles are followed and instilled
- Implementing measures to prevent the occurrence of bodily injury accidents that absolutely cannot occur
- Implementing work-life management (reducing overall work hours)
- Preventing health problems resulting from overwork and providing extensive mental health care
Information security management policy
Implementing information leakage measures that accommodate technological advancements in ICT
- Strengthening group-level systems to prevent the occurrence of cyber-related incidents
- Implementing risk assessments and security measures for information assets based on laws including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information
- Conducing ongoing education for all Group employees
