Notice of Status of Acquisition of Treasury Shares

EXEO Group, Inc. (hereinafter “the Group”) announced the status of the acquisition of treasury shares that it implemented pursuant to the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act, which are applied mutatis mutandis by replacing the terms of the provisions of Paragraph 3, Article 165 of the same Act.
