Business Alliance with Terra Motors, Which Offers the Terra Charge EV Charging Infrastructure — Making EVs More Familiar by Expanding Charging Infrastructure —

EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announces that it has formed a business alliance with Terra Motors Corporation (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Toru Tokushige, Founder and Chairman; Akihiro Ueda, CEO; hereinafter "Terra Motors"), which offers the Terra Charge EV charging infrastructure with the goal of making EVs more familiar.
We will unite the Group's technological capabilities for building high-quality electric and information and communications infrastructure and Terra Motors' technologies for building EV charging infrastructure for the next generation and mutually create business synergy to accelerate the penetration of EV charging infrastructure.

It is working on expanding the EV charging infrastructure to condominiums, accommodation facilities, commercial facilities, local governments, etc. and it will accelerate both companies' development of their businesses by creating business synergy through the building of EV charging infrastructure.

Terra Charge is the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (EV) launched by Terra Motors in April 2022. Terra Motors offers one-stop services including charging facilities for EVs, a special app for setting charging time and paying fees, cloud-based management, charging facility installation construction, and hardware and software management and operation.
