EXEO Group, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Keigo Kajimura) hereby announces that Chairman and Representative Director Tetsuya Funabashi, Director and Managing Operating Officer Fumitoshi Imaizumi and the members of Ascent Solutions Pte. Ltd. (CEO: Lim Chee Kean), our Group company headquartered in Singapore, met with key cabinet ministers of the Republic of Ghana, including H.E. Mr. John Dramani Mahama, the President of the Republic of Ghana, who were visiting Japan to attend the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9).
At the meeting, there were discussions about Ghana's airport project, whose goals include increasing border control and the development of transport infrastructure, including roads, railways, airports and marine transport infrastructure and which has been championed by President Mahama. Both parties agreed to cooperate with each other so that Ghana can secure a better future.
Ascent Solutions Pte. Ltd. has collaborated with the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority to develop and introduce an Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) and a Passenger Name Record (PNR) system. The meeting materialized as a result of initiatives such as this that support the growth of Africa.
