Electricity

01 Electrical Equipment (New Installation/Renewal)

We provide electrical engineering services for a wide range of new buildings, including high-rise office buildings, hotels, apartments, and large-scale logistics centers, as well as for the renewal of existing buildings. In recent years, we have also been undertaking comprehensive equipment construction, including air conditioning and sanitary facilities, in addition to electrical installations.

02 Data Centers

We provide total engineering services for the electrical, air conditioning, and communication facilities of data centers. With the increasing demand for AI generation and cloud services, we offer high-quality construction for hyperscalers and enterprises. We carry out stringent security and core network infrastructure construction domestically and internationally, ensuring the safety of information systems.

03 Renewable Energy

We provide EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) services for solar power and offshore/onshore wind power generation using PPA, self-consumption, and FIT. Especially in solar power generation, we focus on new markets such as solar sharing with agriculture and carports. In self-operated lines, we collaborate with power cable manufacturers to train our employees as specialized technicians, constructing high-quality facilities.

04 Smart Energy

We provide smart energy solutions aimed at the large-scale introduction of renewable energy and improving customer convenience. This includes EPC for large-scale storage facilities for power grid stabilization, smart grid technology tailored to regional needs, the design and construction of EV charging systems and receiving equipment, and the provision of optimal energy systems including V2H and customer-side storage facilities.

Telecommunications

01 Railways

We construct and provide technical support for railway communication equipment. Specifically, we offer the construction of railway communication networks, train radio systems, and boarding and alighting monitoring systems, as well as technical sales support.

02 CATV

We provide various CATV-related construction services leveraging our long-standing communication construction technology, offering a one-stop service. Specifically, we offer design, construction, maintenance, and sales support from communal reception facilities and transmission equipment for CATV operators to in-home installation. We also provide facility renovation work associated with the launch of new 4K and 8K broadcasts.

Civil Engineering

01 Telecommunications Infrastructure

We construct telecommunications facilities with a consistent system from the investigation, design, construction, and maintenance of basic infrastructure such as manholes, underground conduits, and dedicated bridges that house communication cables. Based on years of experience and achievements, we offer proposals to construction for facility construction and relocation work under congested underground conditions in urban areas.

02 General Civil Engineering

We build social infrastructure such as communication facilities, underground utility conduits (undergrounding of utility poles), and self-operated renewable energy facilities, contributing to the creation of disaster-resistant cities. Utilizing our long-standing experience, achievements, and knowledge, we provide services from proposals to construction for both communication facilities and undergrounding utility poles.

03 Social Infrastructure

We contribute to the construction of social infrastructure not only limited to telecommunications but also water supply and sewage systems, electricity, and renewable energy self-operated line facilities. In particular, utilizing our long-cultivated trenchless technology, we build ducts and other structures in locations where surface excavation is not possible, and we make proposals that significantly reduce environmental impacts such as noise, vibration, and traffic restrictions.

Environment

01 Waste Treatment Facilities

We provide design and construction services for incineration and recycling facilities using proprietary technology. Our incineration facilities are characterized by equipment that prioritizes the suppression of harmful substances (such as particulate matter, hydrogen chloride, and dioxins) through stable combustion. At our recycling facilities, non-combustible and bulky waste and recyclable materials are crushed, sorted, compressed, and valuable materials are recovered and reused.

02 Operation and Maintenance Services

We provide long-term comprehensive operational outsourcing services for waste treatment facilities. By proposing and implementing optimal operation methods for each facility and executing appropriate maintenance plans, we ensure safe and secure long-term operations.

03 Biomass Utilization Facilities

We provide construction and maintenance services for biomass utilization facilities that play a part in a circular system. Specifically, we produce steam and hot water from high-moisture wood biomass, such as bark from logs and livestock bedding, which were previously considered waste, and use it for power generation, factory heat sources, and heating.

04 In-House Power Generation Facilities

In Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, we operate a 7,100kW power generation facility that uses park and roadside tree pruning branches and unused forestry materials as fuel. In Furudono Town, Fukushima Prefecture, we are constructing a 2,000kW gasification power generation facility that uses unused forestry materials as fuel.

Connecting the Future of Energy

Woody Biomass Ashikaga Eco Power Plant

EXEO Group, in collaboration with Ashikaga Eco Power Co., Ltd., started commercial operation of the Ashikaga Eco Power Plant using woody biomass on March 13, 2024. This power plant, constructed with the cooperation of forestry-related parties and chip companies in Tochigi Prefecture and neighboring areas, effectively utilizes unused materials, general wood, and pruning branches from the surrounding region, operating 100% on naturally derived woody biomass. Through this environmentally friendly power plant, built with the cooperation of Ashikaga City, we aim to revitalize the local economy and support the healthy regeneration and growth of forests.
The power plant has an output scale of approximately 7,100 kW, with an estimated annual power generation of about 55.44 million kWh, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 15,000 households. The fuel used includes woody chips collected from unused materials, general wood, and pruning branches in the surrounding area, consuming about 85,000 tons of fuel annually. Additionally, this power plant is expected to achieve an annual CO2 reduction effect of approximately 24,000 tons.
