Order Received for Construction Work Using the DfMA Method at the ECC&NDCS Medical Center in Singapore

EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announces that Winner Engineering Pte. Ltd. (Setsuya Kimura, President; hereinafter "Winner"), a group company headquartered in Singapore, received an order for construction work using the DfMA* method at ECC&NDCS (a medical center in Singapore).
The DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) construction method integrates electric and air-conditioning equipment, etc., which was conventionally installed separately on site, into modules beforehand at a DfMA factory and assembles these modules on site. The Singapore government is focusing on this as a key technological innovation in the construction industry. It offers significant advantages in considering the manufacturing and assembly processes from the design phase using BIM and improving productivity by reducing the processing and assembly work on construction sites.

Winner is actively working on new construction, leveraging the construction expertise it has cultivated over many years. In addition, it will acquire more advanced techniques through this experience in DfMA construction and will continue to evolve to meet customer needs in the future to provide better construction.
