GUUD Becomes Wholly Owned Subsidiary of EXEO Global

EXEO Global has acquired the remaining shares of GUUD as part of its strategy to build a strong synergistic portfolio of businesses and grow its international footprint

Singapore, 13 May 2025 – EXEO Global Pte Ltd (“EXEO Global”), the global business headquarters of Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market listed EXEO Group, Inc, has acquired the remaining shares of GUUD from its existing shareholders.

The acquisition of the remaining shares by EXEO Global is part of its continued strategy to build a synergistic portfolio of businesses in the areas of Managed Services, ICT Infrastructure and M&E Engineering globally.

GUUD’s strong government and logistics industry connections, as well as expertise in global trade compliance, e-logistics and trade technologies, strongly complements the service offerings of the existing businesses under EXEO Global and would allow its businesses under the EXEO Global Group to be able to offer more holistic solutions to its valued partners and clients.
