Employee Awarded 9th Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award (Prime Minister Award)

Toru Ebihara, an employee of the EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President), received the Prime Minister Award of the 9th Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award.
He received the award in recognition of his participation and winning the gold medal in the Information Network Cabling category at the 46th WorldSkills Competition held in Kyoto in October last year.

In accordance with our Group purpose "Bring the benefits of connectivity to all," we will continue to enhance and improve our technical capabilities, train technicians, and contribute to solving social problems.

●About the Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award (Prime Minister Award)
The award recognizes especially excellent talented persons of all generations engaged in "monodzukuri" (manufacturing/craftsmanship), including medium-level talent in charge of manufacturing and production sites, highly skilled talent supporting traditional and cultural "techniques," and young talent who will take center stage in the future.
The award came about in 2005 through collaboration between METI, MLIT, MHLW, and MEXT, with this being the 9th award.
