EXEO Group, Inc. (hereinafter “the Group”) announced that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today it has decided informally to make changes in representative and officers as stated below.
The change will be officially finalized subject to resolutions at the 71th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 25, 2025 and at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held immediately thereafter.
