EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announces that it has signed a business alliance agreement with Dawn Corporation (head office: Kobe-shi, Hyogo; Masanobu Miyazaki, Representative Director), which is mainly engaged in the provision of cloud-based services with a focus on the contracted development of systems related to geographical information and the field of disaster preparedness.
１．Purpose of the business alliance
Dawn Corporation is a company which, since its founding, has been providing solutions using its proprietary technologies related to geographical information. It has an extensive track record in the provision of cloud applications which increase the sophistication of police, fire department, municipal disaster preparedness and social infrastructure maintenance operations.
This business alliance will combine Dawn Corporation's cloud applications with the EXEO Group's facility construction technologies and ICT solutions. Under the agreement, the two companies will cooperate in developing new solutions and introducing new services with a focus on collaborating to provide comprehensive crime prevention solutions for public organizations, including the police.
