EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announces that PT dhost Telekomunikasi Nusantara (hereinafter "PT dhost"), a Group company headquartered in Indonesia, held a signing ceremony for the acquisition of
indoor communications equipment owned by PT TELEKOMUNIKASI SELULAR (commonly known as "Telkomsel").
In this project, PT dhost acquires indoor communications equipment at 850 sites owned by Telkomsel, a mobile network operator in Indonesia. With this acquisition, PT dhost will solidify its position as a leading company with the largest share of the indoor communications infrastructure sharing site market in Indonesia. Through sharing services, PT dhost will commit itself to expanding the coverage of mobile communication services in the country, improving their quality, reducing cost, and transforming technologies, including technologies for 5G compatibility. PT dhost will continue to closely work with Indonesian mobile network providers to support their digital transformation and contribute to economic growth and the improvement of the communications environment in Indonesia.
