EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announces that it has signed a business alliance agreement with Daiichi-Hutecc Corporation (head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Satoshi Shimatani, President).
１． Purpose of the business alliance
Daiichi-Hutecc Corporation is a company which, since its foundation, has been providing construction, renovation and remodeling services mainly for NTT-related facilities, office buildings and condominiums, and which has an extensive track record and proven technological capability in construction services.
This latest business alliance will combine the EXEO Group's ICT solutions with Daiichi-Hutecc's technological capabilities in construction services. Under the agreement, the two companies will build a relationship of cooperation on many fronts, including collaborating in construction services for data centers, communication facilities and environmental plants provided by the EXEO Group and collaborating in construction to increase energy saving at existing buildings promoted by the EXEO Group.
Together, the EXEO Group and Daiichi-Hutecc will develop buildings with high added value and promote the digital transformation (DX) of the construction process, aiming to provide even higher added value to customers.
