A Social Contribution Towards GX Notice Regarding Silent Partnership Investment in Second Green Building Development Fund

EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announced today that it has made a partial silent partnership investment in Green Building PJ2 GK (hereafter, "the Fund"), which will pursue new initiatives aimed at developing existing buildings as properties that can obtain green building certification. This follows the investment made in Green Building PJ1 GK (investment on September 14, 2023, contract release on February 8, 2024).

Through many years of experience in equipment work, the Company has acquired the expertise needed to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings, which is work the Fund aims to implement. The Company also plans to proactively participate in construction to be implemented by the Fund. We will actively develop this business on an ongoing basis, creating new value for existing buildings by generating more environmentally friendly effects.

・Tsukiji Riverfront (Chuo-ku, Tokyo)
