Notice Regarding Capital and Business Alliance with PicoCELA

EXO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announced that it has entered into a capital and business alliance with PicoCELA Inc. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Hiroshi Furukawa, Representative Director & CEO), a company offering wireless multihop Wi-Fi solutions.

1. The Purpose of This Capital and Business Alliance
The Group believes that solving social issues is a universal mission as it laid out in its 2030 Vision and Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2021-FY2025), which were both released in May 2021. With this in mind, the Group will strive to connect and combine a variety of engineering areas through innovation and work relentlessly to create value for sustainable growth. By doing so, it aims to be a corporate group that is socially essential globally and in Japan.
PicoCELA develops and sells the PicoCELA series (cable-free, wireless multi-stage hop products) based on its proprietary PBE (PicoCELA Backhaul Engine) technology. They also manage access points through PicoManager🄬 (a cloud management system) and offer service platforms.
The EXEO Group began cooperating with PicoCELA in 2019. By further strengthening both the EXEO Group's and PicoCELA's strengths through this capital and business alliance, we will offer value greater value to customers through synergies in a wide range of fields, including sales, architecture, maintenance, development, and global expansion.
