Notice Regarding Reorganization of Group Companies

EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has decided to merge EXEO Infra Co., Ltd. (head office: Ota-ku, Tokyo; Eiji Fujimaki, President) and Infratechno Corporation (head office: Osaka-shi, Osaka; Masaki Takei, President) together on April 1, 2023. As the Company's subsidiaries, the two companies have been operating the business of information infrastructure construction.

The Group's basic policies are optimizing the operations of the group companies, promoting businesses by taking advantage of its presence and fully leveraging its resources to maximize sales and profits, with a view toward ensuring an appropriate structure for comprehensive growth over the medium term as a group. With this in mind, the Company will successively implement a range of measures, including the integration of its Group companies.
