Site Acquisition in the Indoor Communications Infrastructure Sharing Business in Indonesia

EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announces that PT dhost Telekomunikasi Nusantara (hereinafter "PT dhost"), a Group company headquartered in Indonesia, held a signing ceremony for the acquisition of up to 633 indoor communications infrastructure sharing sites owned by PT Indosat Tbk (brand name: Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, hereinafter "IOH").

With this acquisition, PT dhost will become a leading company with the largest share of indoor communications infrastructure sharing sites in Indonesia. PT dhost will continue to closely work with IOH and Indonesian mobile network providers to support their digital transformation and contribute to economic growth and improvements in the communications environment in Indonesia.
