Certified as a Best Workplace for Diversity and Inclusion by D&I Award 2022 in Recognition of the D&I Initiatives of Business Enterprises

EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announces that the Group was certified as a best workplace for diversity and inclusion (D&I), the highest rank awarded by JobRainbow Co., Ltd.’s D&I AWARD for the second consecutive year.

The goal of the certification is to broaden the foundation for the promotion of D&I and accelerate the D&I movement across all of society by proposing ways to increase D&I that companies should aim to implement and casting a spotlight on companies which are promoting or planning to promote D&I.

With the aim of swiftly and flexibly responding to increasingly diverse customer needs, developing business and improving operating results, we aim to foster a culture of mutual acceptance of a wide range of values regardless of characteristics such as gender, belief, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Following our receiving the D&I AWARD’s highest certification for the second consecutive year, we will unite to continue to promote diversity and enable the company to be a place where all of its staff can fully enjoy working in ways they like while accepting the differences and personalities of individuals.

● About D&I AWARD
• D&I Award certification is based on a diversity score (a total of 100 items evaluated), an index for the visualization of companies’ promotion of diversity created by JobRainbow.
• The diversity score consists of indices that are broken down into five items and five elements.
　Five items: LGBT, gender gap, disability, multiculturalism and child care/family care
Five elements: declaration of action, education/promotion of understanding, personnel system, community and workstyles
