Acquired All Shares of Singapore-Based IT Managed Service Provider Telistar Solutions

EXEO Global Pte Ltd (head office: Singapore; Fumitoshi Imaizumi, President; hereinafter "EXEO Global"), a subsidiary of EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) which controls business operations in the Asian region, has acquired all shares of Telistar Solutions Pte Ltd (hereinafter "Telistar"), an IT managed service provider based in Singapore, as part of its efforts to strengthen its overseas system solution business.

After the acquisition of Telistar's shares, EXEO Global will strive to bolster its business in the area of IT managed services through the solution provider, which has earned the trust of governmental, educational, financial and medical institutions, major retail brands and others.
