Exeo Naturae Building Won the Nikkei New Office Awards Hokkaido New Office Promotion Award (The Chief of Hokkaido Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry Award)

EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President; hereinafter "the Company") announced that the Exeo Naturae Building (Hokkaido Branch of EXEO Group, Inc.; Hiragishi, Toyohira-ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido) won the Hokkaido New Office Promotion Award (The Chief of Hokkaido Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry Award) under the Hokkaido block of the 35th Nikkei New Office Awards.

Exeo Naturae Building was established in May 2021 under the concept of the Smart Office framework and provides functional offices aiming to reform the workstyles of the employees and encourage design thinking. The building introduced an office lounge as a refreshing space with the goal of improving work efficiency by enabling people to relax in a spacious area and features pleasant working spaces that consider diversity and the environment with a greened roof and terrace.

As a disaster preparedness measure, the building's seismic performance ensures the safety of human life and the implementation of disaster control activities, considering the safety of the employees and the people in the local community. As measures to address disasters, it features strong disaster control offices for the realization of business continuity (BCP), including the installation of an emergency power generator anticipating the load necessary for disaster control and a water receiving tank and sewage tank for water supply/discharge facilities and the preparation of communication methods, power supply, drinking water and survival foods, etc. for three days (72 hours) in preparation for opening the facility to the neighborhood as a temporary housing facility in the event of disaster, etc.
