Notice Regarding Reorganization of Group Companies Engaging in Security Business

EXEO Group, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has decided to merge Kyowa Security System Corporation (head office: Taito-ku, Tokyo; Takashi Itamiya, President) and Kyokuyo Co., Ltd. (head office: Osaka-shi, Osaka; Koichi Kuroki, President) together as of October 1, 2022. They are both subsidiaries of the Company engaged in the business of providing traffic direction services, facility-oriented security services, etc.

The Group's basic policies are optimizing the operations of the group companies, promoting businesses by taking advantage of its presence and fully leveraging its resources to maximize sales and profits, with a view toward ensuring an appropriate structure for comprehensive growth over the medium term as a group. With this in mind, the Company will successively implement a range of measures, including the integration of its Group companies.
